Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and may be due at the time of registration as detailed on the class calendar.  Deposits will be refunded if the class is canceled unless the class is canceled due to the student.

Cancelations and No-Show

Cancelations made more than one week before the class will be offered a refund minus the deposit or the opportunity to reschedule to another class date.  Cancelations less than a week but more than 48 hours will be given an opportunity to reschedule.  Cancelations less than 48 hours or students who do not attend without notice will result in no refund.

Certification

Payment for and attendance at a class or skills session does not guarantee certification. To receive certification, participants must successfully complete all required course components and demonstrate the required skills at the performance level established by the certifying organization.

Balance of Fees

All fees must be paid by the start of class.
